The location is nice for what it is but not really worth the price. The place is too rustic and run down. I book for three people. They gave us a queen bed room with a broken futon. The first one was literally broken, the metals were on the literal floor. I requested a new room the minute I got there- however I was ignored by the property manager and the owner. The following morning my concerned was address and a new room was provided. Same kind of room, queen bed and an another broken futon. Except that this was one newer but broken the legs couldn’t even hold up…. Overall this was a very poor experience. I don’t want to discredit the guy that helping us. Thank you. But the property literally needs some love.

The property is lovely, customer service about a 4.7 ... generally responsive but not always accessible. Definitely off the beaten road. During rainy season lots of pot holes and puddles and NOT not close restaurants and/or stores

We left our room to go have dinner. When we got back our bedroom was clean and done. Which I appreciate but completely shocked me since I didn’t request room service. But than again we are in Mexico room service a little different

We had a wonderful stay! The room was spotless and offered a stunning view of the vineyards. The property itself is absolutely beautiful and feels very private, making for a peaceful getaway. Although we had seen some reviews mentioning difficulty finding the place, we had no issues — Google Maps guided us easily, and there were multiple signs along the way to help. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we would definitely stay here again!

Overall it was unique and the lodging was really nice and comfortable. The pool was freezing to the point where u jumped in and jumped right back out. Loved the patio on the top of the room. We enjoyed it while there was a wedding outside. So free music! Getting there was a hassle. Staff were not really around. We were told the jacuzzi would be on during certain hours and it never came on. Minor issues with the bathroom and shower. However, if all these issues are resolved then I wouldn’t mind returning. It’s isolated and hard to get to if u drive a low car, but oddly feels safe. I liked it enough to return some day.

This is not a hotel, is an Airbnb type located in a remote area, bad dirt roads, no humans will be available, just a WhatsApp person sending messages. Horrible or non existing signs for directions. Would not go back or recommend. At night the dirt roads can be dangerous.

Our stay at the Luna del Valle was absolutely wonderful. It wasn't easy to find the hotel, but once we found it we fell in love with it. The room was very comfortable. We spent most of the time in the pool or by the fire pit. We were so relaxed at this hotel and the staff was AMAZING! We brought home a bottle of their wine and it is very good as well. I highly recommend this hotel for couples or friends.
