Basic hotel, looks a lot better in the photos It’s ok for a 1 night stay if you are going to the Airport

Excellent low cost hotel when flying from Gatwick, or exploring the area. The hotel is clean and the rooms were spacious and well equipped including a fridge. Staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was large and tasty. There was a choice of English, continental or just toast and cereal. Location was perfect for a stopover before a Gatwick flight also good for exploring the Sussex countryside We stayed with our 6 year old and would definite stay again if in the arwa

First impressions were ok, plenty of parking, but didn’t last long! The girl at reception was rude, didn’t tell us how to find our room which was needed as the signposting was poor! Her grasp of the English language was poor and her attitude was brusque. She answered the phone whilst I was talking to her rather than make sure the person she was actually dealing with was ok! The room was nice and spacious and very clean. Make sure you take picture ID as it is needed for check in.

Room was filthy staff were arrogant and rude, I had an unpleasant stay, I cut my trip short and stayed on a mates sofa which was much better than the room. First Room I complained wasn’t satisfactory, then the second room they gave me was 10x worse! I had a really really positive experience at the other site last time. This time it really disappointed me. The private road leading up to the site was full of potholes aswell; it wasn’t comfortable of a drive up

Everything was fine perfect for our overnight days before and after going on holiday .

We didn’t know that reception closed at 11pm, we turned up at 11:30 and were incredibly rudely spoken to, to the extent I was willing to sleep in the car rather than have this man be so rude to us. We have travelled all over the world and have never had such disgusting customer service. He said about sending us a message but as I was driving I obviously didn’t look at my emails to find it. He would rather argue than resolve the situation. When we were eventually able to get the room we booked he immediately commented on moving the car to the back even though we had parked in the disabled parking as we have a disabled badge. The room was nothing as expected. King size bed my behind. We couldn’t lie on our backs next to each other as the bed was so small, we were both on our sides with about two inches spare either side. The bathroom door handle was nearly hanging off, there was toilet paper stuffed into the toilet door lock as it didn’t work properly, there were insects on the floor and the toilet cistern was not on properly. Due to the weather I opened the window to get some fresh air but couldn’t latch it as that was also broken. The vending machine was void of any drinks so again a major disappointment I don’t think you could pay me to stay there again, it’s barely a two star hotel with a minus 10 customer service.

This was a nice hotel. I was pleasantly surprised. The parking was good.

Room was clean but very hot, the fan supplied was a must. Staff were helpful. Parking was straightforward and included in price. Nice breakfast included in price which was very reasonable. Only grumble is that there was no bar and the vending machine had no drink in it. However that would not put me off booking the hotel again.

Room was small but had evrything, kettle and microwave there was even a fan. Crean and comfortable.

Great location, quick and easy check in, we were pleasantly surprised! Free parking too. Bed unfortunately wasn’t very comfortable and we only got give one towel between two of us. Perfect for what we needed it for!

Lovely and helpful staff. Just a short walk to the nearest bus stop, and a beautiful view on the deck.

To be honest the stay was okay, I was disappointed with the fact after checking in I placed do not disturb sign on door and the next day whilst I was out someone had been in room and emptied out rubbish but nothing else, same thing again the following day when I complained to reception. Once I can forgive the second makes me think they were looking for something, but why take rubbish both days and do nothing else in room, as far as I can remember nothing is missing but does seems suss.
