Centrally located for a simple short stay at a good price. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Good value for Lanzarote.

The morning staff a delight the night time man..... really good location

Arrived at night the receptionist was good explained about the hotel and surrounding area. We were given are keys room 211 tucked away from the corridor stairs room was of good size plenty of hangers pleanty of storage . Bed was very comfortable and cleaned every other day plenty of hot water . The 2 roof terraces were a good size plenty of seating .

very nice hostel. very clean. just one thing yes you will hear your next room neighbours very loudly. But its hostel. Otherwise very nice place for a short stay( i stayed 1night only) . Nice and very friendly staff!

Really nice value friendly atmosphere hostel/pension style hotel. Staff were lovely! Thank you so much! I love the lobby music & enjoyed chatting to the guy on the front desk. Great setting by the harbour and easy to use buses to get to other beaches and resorts around the island.

The service was excellent, from check-in to booking a taxi early in the morning when I was leaving. The location was also very convenient, right by a grocery store and other necessities. Highly recommend!

Good accommodation, price, in a short walking distance from high street shops & Lagoon, with wide choice of Cafe bars

Good for the cost,but a bit rundown,needs some maintenance,roof top tired and scruffy,also the room needed updating,Staff were great though.

The Hostal is not wheelchair accessible, there are no lifts, just stairs. Hand/shower gel in pumps by sink and shower, hairdriin bathroom, towel, sheets provided. Small pullout desk and two chairs for laptop use or writing. Kettle in room, cups downstairs in kitchen area, shared kitchen area to heat or prepare food. Hostal surrounded by plenty of eating places, good variety of choice. Situated in an area easy reach to local public transport, bus station 10min walk, shopping mall 15min walk, 15-20min walk to the beach. Friendly, approachable, helpful staff.

The staff was super helpful, we were able to leave our luggage before check in. Nice location, close to shops and promenade. However, we had a problem with a lack of hot water in the bathroom (on one or two occasions, there was no hot water at all so we had to take showers in a cold water which wasn't very pleasant experience).

My friend and I stayed here for a few days. The staff are so friendly and helpful and the room was perfect for us - two beds with bathroom - close to all the amenities and the hostal was kept so clean. Wifi was good too - although there was a kitchen to use we didn't use this trip
