the hotel manager was so kind and infomative when we arrived at the hotel she says that the hotel under maintenance and giving me a choice or still staying at yhe hotel with a compensation. for me it's not a problem cause when they working for maintenance that is the time that i go out

The staff are friendly and very helpful. The room is big and clean. The location is near to cable car and sunset town. This hotel also provide us airport transfer for free. Recommended

The hotel is clean and the rooms are spacious and airy. The receptionist is friendly and professional. Booking through travelka is much cheaper. Much cheaper than many other hotels. Near An Thoi market so it is very convenient for shopping, eating and going out. The rooftop cafe is very beautiful but the food is not delicious. Wifii cannot be used.

Một khách sạn hạng trung nhưng vô cùng chuyên nghiệp và chu đáo. Phòng rất rộng, giường cực lớn và đầy đủ tiện nghi. Nhân viên nhiệt tình, niềm nở và lịch sự. Tuy nhiên phòng của mình (hạng cao cấp nhất) lại không có cửa sổ mà thay bằng mảng kính lớn liền tường (nên có view đẹp nhưng ngột ngạt). Khách sạn cần cải thiện thêm vấn đề nước nóng và wifi vì nó khá là bất tiện mặc dù là 2 nhu cầu được quan tâm nhất.

And also because of the bad weather (a lot of rain and cold), the demand for hot water is quite high plus the large number of rooms, so the central water tank may not have enough hot water to provide timely. Nice hotel, spacious comfortable rooms, enthusiastic support staff. The location near An Thoi port is suitable for a tour of 4 islands. Nice view from the rooftop bar. The service attitude of the bar staff is good. The hotel offers free airport pick-up/drop-off one way to or from the airport. I was so busy playing that I forgot to take a photo of the review. Suitable for short stay.

Thoughtful - comfortable - worth the money thoughtfully (10/10): the staff remembers their faces and remembers the requests of the last time I was here. Communicate politely and provide complete service information. Facilities (9/10): luxurious interior, clean room, relatively full amenities. Value for money (10/10): the room price is quite good, the quality is as described on the internet. Relatively good location. The 3rd floor rooms have a clearer view than the 2nd floor.

The hotel is great. location near market, near cable car station, near port. Spacious room clean. You super cute receptionist, always smiling. The hotel has free airport pick up / drop off. At check out, my family was taken to the airport by Dcar very nice and spacious. If the hotel has a buffet breakfast, it would be great. Anyway, also very satisfied!
