Excellent stay ! As an Indian traveler who doesn't speak German, I was impressed by the hotel's English-speaking staff who went above and beyond to assist me. From guiding me around local attractions to serving delicious food, the service was great. The breakfast was fantastic, and the room cleaning was always on time. The hotel was nice, but we were very cold on the first night because the heater was not on. We waited thinking maybe they would burn it, but it didn't happen, we went to the reception and there was no one there. We called the emergency number and had it opened at night. Apart from that, the breakfast is good, but it is a nice hotel, although it is far from the center.
