Very nice management and staff

I got room for two nd got two tiny beds. Had to sleep in different beds...

Staff was friendly. The hotel Cafe was good for a quick bite and the staff was cool. There's a mall about a 20 min walk from the hotel. Transportation to the San Sebastián city center was pretty easy. Only complaint was not having AC in the room, but we did have a fan.

Great value hotel with spacious and clean rooms. Not in the most salubrious area but right outside a bus stop with regular service to and from San Sebastián, fare for a couple less than 4 euros each way. Attached to the hotel is a small restaurant/cafe with very helpful staff ideal for a morning coffee and croissant. If you need basic provisions there is a medium sized supermarket about 400 metres away. This is an ideal base for exploring San Sebastián while removing the need to spend ages looking for a parking spot.

4 night stay, the most expensive of whole trip. Staff friendly room clean. Needs Air Con, has fan but didnt help couldn't keep window open as motorway outside.

the hotel is a bit outside of town, but I had a car so this was not a problem. You need to take stairs to get to the reception, so be aware of this when you come in with your suitcase. The receptionist was super friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfy. I was only one night there since I was on a road trip.

passing through from france to southern spain. comfortable and what we needed, could have done with air con, but it is hotter than normal this year. overall a excellent hotel.

hotel propre un peu vieillot mais correct, notre chambre donnait sur un toit un peu moche avec la clim mais fenêtre bien isolée nous n'avons pas entendu de bruit. Chambre propre et spacieuse. on ne nous a pas proposé le petit dejeuner mais je suppose qu'ils le font tout de même. pas loin de san sébastian mais il faut prendre la voiture il est à environ 15min en voiture du centre ville.

L'accueil a été plutôt glacial, nous ne parlons pas espagnol et cela semblait contrarier le receptionniste qui nous a donné la clé de la chambre sans un mot d'explication, il ne nous a pas proposé les petits déjeuners. La chambre etait correcte et propre, la literie était bien.

2 nuit passées. Chambre très spacieuse et lit d'une place de 1m de large. Pas de bouilloire électrique ni café et thé. Accueil un peu timide à la réception la première nuit. Insonorisation des chambre un peu juste. Bon séjour dans l'ensemble pour visiter San Sebastian avec la gare a 20 pin à pieds pour 2€ l'aller.

Zentral gelegenes Hotel, sehr sauber, einfache Ausstattung, aber für eine Nacht absolut in Ordnung. Im Zimmer stand ein Ventilator, der zwar drehte und Lärm machte, aber das war auch alles. Das Bad war sehr klein, im Klo waren leider Kotspuren vom Vorgänger, es gab aber auch kein Klobürste

Hotel antiguo pero en muy buen estado. Sencillo pero suficiente y estupenda situación. Aparcamiento gratuito y abundante.
