Noisy room with construction noise on the floors above us. We were not told about and front desk was not helpful. Casino was horrible they lock machines and we lost so much money with no payouts. Will never be back there. Had better experience at Graton and Cashe Creek. Restaurants were good.

Smooth checkin with bag service to the room. Extremely helpful and friendly hotel staff. The room was way bigger than I thought, extremely clean and super comfortable.

The reception staff were wonderful — genuinely friendly and helpful. My room was exceptionally nice: large, stylish, and very comfortable, with great furniture and a bed I didn’t want to leave. The hotel itself feels upscale and well maintained. The only downside is the smoke. Because people are allowed to smoke in the casino, the smell drifts through much of the building. If you’re sensitive to smoke, that’s something to know before you book.

Ridiculous u have to give an ID for a wheelchair when they have my card on file. Took over 20mins to check. Did not mention u can’t visit other floors on the elevator. I would have stayed on the same floor as my family if I was aware of the elevator inconvenience.
