We stayed one week in the Cottswald, and this was by far the nicest place we stayed. It was truly a resort experience. The grounds were gorgeous, and there were many indoor and outdoor seating areas including 3 posh lounges with different vibes. Reading, games and music/relaxing. Upscale Aromatherapy diffusers by each bedside! Dinner was best meal of our lives, and a lovely breakfast was included. The smart tv worked perfectly, and the staff was incredibly helpful. There was a helpful welcome brochure, and walking maps. The first day, We had a lovely walk to Edbrington. Second day, we visited Hidcote gardens. We recommend both. The mini bar was stocked with goodies for purchase, and were provided with water, espresso, and hot chocolate. This luxury hotel is managed with a lot of love and attention to detail. Would stay again!

The property was immaculate. Very modern farmhouse style. Super clean. The staff was so helpful and funny. The restaurant was amazing! Highly recommend. Just FYI there is no spa.

The property was ideally situated in the Cotswolds countryside. Hotel was spotlessly clean, room was well equipped and very comfortable. Breakfast which was included, was wonderful plenty of fresh fruit yogurts etc as well as a several cooked breakfast options. We had dinner at the restaurant one evening and it was wonderful. Would absolutely recommend Hyll, it is a stunning property.

We loved absolutely everything about Hyll. The staff was so gracious and helpful, the views were beautiful, our room was charming and beautifully appointed. The food was amazing, I had the spatchcock poussin twice. Perfect location for exploring the Cotswolds, and I would highly recommend!

We loved our stay at Hyll. Set in beautiful Cotswold countryside with great views. The staff are amazing and so so friendly. The restaurant is calm and welcoming and the food was excellent. Would highly recommend

My mother and I stayed for 4 nights the week before USA’s Mother’s Day and had an incredible experience. The manor house, property and views are stunning. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. I loved having multiple lounges and outdoor spaces to choose from. Every evening i had tea and/or dessert by the fire which was one of my favorite parts of my trip. I was impressed with breakfast and dinner which I do not say often because I am a bit of a food brat from NYC which is hard to live up to, but Hyll consistently did! The location is perfect for exploring the cotswolds while also feeling private. Lastly, I love Hyll’s focus on relaxation, slowing down and “doing nothing”. This detail heavily influenced my decision when I was researching accommodations. We already can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful setting however the dining area lacks character. Overall very nice stay.

The hotel was beautifully presented, though advance notice of the building works would have been appreciated. Our room (#6) was excellent except it had low beams and was approached by a steep staircase with narrow steps. Staff were very welcoming and helpful, and restaurant was also very good quality and value

We had a lovely time and the staff are amazing - each one we met was incredibly kind and attentive and friendly. The food and drinks are excellent and the location is great - Chipping Campden is well worth a visit. The hotel is very much its 3 and a half stars - it's not as luxurious as its own website lead us to believe. And it's promoted as somewhere to relax and do nothing in any of its lounges, which is exactly what we needed, but they were always full of people, children and dogs. Our Manor House room was fine with a wonderful view but the bathroom was tired - it was not worth what we paid, which was a lot for what we got. Despite providing the hotel with information in advance to save time checking in - as requested - we still had to give all the same information on arrival.

Amazing vibe, beautiful, clean, super good food!

Brought our dog, he was well looked after with some nice touches such as a dog bed provided not just in room but also by dinner table. Always made to feel welcome. Food was excellent and service was also very good. The room was nice and well appointed, to having a Dyson hairdryer and attachments which showed a commitment to quality. All in all, a relaxing stay in lovely surroundings.

I can’t recommend this place enough! The facilities are fantastic and extremely tasteful, but the staff are all fantastic - it was a wonderful stay.

Beautiful hotel, rooms were stunning, the communal areas were lovely and cosy and the breakfasts were delicious!
