It’s not a hotel but a condominium. Ariva is one of owners in the project. So do not expect any convenience from condo’s staff. When we arrive at the place, a staff asked us a room number in order to give us the key card. Unfortunately we had never received any communication before arrival. We were waiting agent to solve this issue for more than 40 mins. Moreover, the condo’s staff asked us to pay 280 THB per person for building access card ? Finally, we didn't pay that but it aw needed an effort to negotiate with Ariva guy ! No impress at all for unprofessional management
