It was nice and clean. I don't like big hotels so this was perfectly small. Staff were attentive but I struggled with vegetation options in the restaurant which was disappointing. Overall decent hotel but not much to do around the location

Very nice stay, very comfortable room and great location. Service very good, would have been 5 stars however first morning breakfast was not great, had to ask for service, hot food was served quite cold and also asked for poached eggs as per menu and they were fried, so not major issues but obviously not a good start. Other than that no complaints and everything else was very nice.

I don't know what a VIP amenity consists of so I cannot rate it, however, I felt like a VIP during the entire stay as the staff was so friendly and accommodating.

Nice hotel. On the “Oxford st” of Valencia but reasonably quiet outside of shopping hours. Staff all great, rooms kept very clean. Only complaint is regarding Expedia - be very careful to check your email receipts if you pick breakfast for “no extra charge” as they don’t bother to actually add it to your booking. Also, despite Expedia clearly showing rooms are 1 or 2 beds the hotel say twins are subject to availability - no mention of this on Expedia

Excellent property and location by the old town area.

Great breakfast, great service. Bed was soft and the carpet and pillows were hard on our allergies.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Dining indide hotel is very limited and hours do not match what you are told.

Great location for the city centre, nice room, good choice at breakfast, good bar and great roof terrace, shame it wasn’t open due to the season.

Really enjoyed the stay here. It was very comfortable and staff were very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Valencia.

We had a wonderful stay here for 3 nights. Location is fantastic, hotel is beautiful and staff are all very friendly and helpful. Would stay there again.
