The hotel is clean, like at home, the staff is friendly, the facilities are complete, including a foot massage machine, the staff is friendly, and when we ask for directions, they explain clearly so we don't get lost, really nice.

The location is very very convenient! Within walking distance to Shijo Kawaramachi & Kawaramachi Sanjo, where the bus to many places pass through. Also it's super near to the shopping districts but secluded enough that there's no noise from the streets. The hosts are super lovely & helpful. Eventhough they speak limited English, I think we communicate quite well. The place is very clean & tidy. The room is kinda small, so you need to pack light. If your bag is too big, they allow you to place it in the hallway. They also can keep your bag after check out. All in all, a great place to stay ✔ Thank you for hosting us! 💖
