Perfection! If you are looking for a lovely authentic French ski experience- this is it. Before traveling here we had looked at the higher end hotels and boy, are we glad we stayed at this gem. This hotel has such charm and beauty. The staff is so kind and accommodating. This hotel is located at the end of a busy square right in front of a church- nice and quiet. The views are to die for. Make sure to secure a room with a little terrace in the front of the hotel. Sipping coffee while watching the clouds roll over Mont Blanc with the church bells ringing in the square, is the stuff dreams are made of. There is a little brasserie downstairs that is open daily and you are 30 seconds from all the restaurants in the heart of town. The ski bus is within 5 minutes walking. Otherwise you are at the base of Brevent hill and 10 mins walking to Aiguille de Midi lifts. The hotel is clean, spacious and is a true Chamonix experience. Stay here!

My partner was diagnosed with cancer which meant we couldn’t travel. Despite weeks of notice this hotel stuck by its cancelation policy. This was the only hotel/air BnB out of 3 months of travel booked across France, Switzerland and Italy. All other places accommodated and waived their policies. They have every right to stick to policy and I also have every right to review them.

Great little hotel in the middle of everywhere you want to be in a Chamonix. Comfortable and clean rooms, a good petit dej, fabulous staff. A lot of locals hang out at the café in front.

"Bad customers service..." I initially left a short review out of frustration. However, to clarify: As the owner of Nirvana Dream restaurant in Paris, I always make sure to understand the conditions before confirming any reservation. That is why I contacted your establishment by phone and email prior to booking to gather the necessary information. As mentioned, I booked the room 3 days before arrival and had to cancel 24 hours later due to unexpected professional obligations. I fully understand that your cancellation policy requires 15 days’ notice. However, while no particular conditions are required to make a reservation, the cancellation terms appear extremely strict, especially in cases of genuine emergency. What disappointed me most was receiving a phone call on the booking date, despite having cancelled the booking few days earlier. This indicates a lack of internal communication and coordination. For these reasons, my experience regarding customer service was not satisfactory...
