Awful would nt recommend this property to anyone including the dog.

Excellent small family run B&B , clean and comfortable, great shower and comfortable bed, breakfast was supposed to be at 8am , but as I was on business, o asked if I could have an earlier breakfast, which the owner did me an earlier breakfast , thank you 👏

I had a lovely room, breakfast was enjoyable and I felt well looked after. I was disappointed though that I was unable to watch TV as was told there was something wrong with the remote control. They were unable to rectify this during my 3 night stay.

The room lovely and real coffee a treat. breakfast catered for veggie needs and oat milk etc. parking. short walk town. very informative had meal at resturant recommended. very friendly people would highly recommend.

I really enjoyed the hospitality offered by the couple. Its a nice small B&B, comfy and friendly, 10 minutes walk from totnes high street

This is run by the nicest, friendly people you could wish to meet. Nothing was too much trouble. We will certainly go back to the Great Grubb soon.

A lovely welcome and a really comfortable stay. On site parking a real bonus. Great breakfast selection. Would definitely go back.

Had a wonderful warm welcome from John when we arrived. Lovely garden to sit in. Not only were the breakfasts great but we were welcomed back from our day out with home baked cake. Would definitely recommend and can’t wait to go back.

Nothing was too much trouble and breakfast is fantastic with lots of choice. We had a quiet room at the back but it is very cramped, my only reason for not giving 5 for everything

Lovely hosts, comfortable room and fantastic breakfast (only gripe 9pm latest serving) - the accommodation is walking distance from anything we needed (no more than 20 mins). I would certainly return.

Stayed for one night recently. The team at the Great Grubb are great, very welcoming and hospitable. Lovely breakfast and a nice garden to admire as we ate :)

Property was excellent. Our room was big enough with room for storage. Bathroom was clean, shower was always hot. Breakfast was cooked to order and excellent choice, quantity and quality. Walk into Totnes was 10 mins to the edge of the town and 20 mins into the middle. Friendly hosts and highly recommended

Lovely little B&B about 10 mins walk from the centre of Totnes. Very friendly welcome from the hosts Sandra and John. Superb hosts who live at the property and who are there to offer advice and help. Fabulous breakfast with lots of choices and lovely little conservatory to eat there. Room was spotless with lots of lovely toiletries. A good find .

A very comfortable place to stay with a bit of character. Lovely staff, great breakfast (and pleasantly served while still hot). Decent parking, and easy enough access to Totnes.

Greated on arrival. Real coffee to brew in our small but well-appointed room. Covid requirements met almost with fun which meant we were able to enjoy the superb breakfast feeling safe. Garden patio was large enough for socially distanced chats. Wonderful and many thanks.
