the staff is friendly and very helpful, the location of the hotel is very strategic because it is right next to the main train station of frankfurt city (hopbanhouf) and behind the flixbus stop. so it makes it easy for me to reach this hotel.

Comfortable and clean room. Just not cleaned

One of the best hotel I ever stayed that 's near to the main station.

The location is The BEST for me as it's just an opposite the train station, using inside the building to cross to the hotel, not using the main entrance.

This is my 3rd time stay in this hotel and always feeling comfortable when I visited Germany and had a stopover in Frankfurt. The bed is clean also the bed room. Distance only steps away from Central Station and you won't be late to catch your train schedule 🙂. I always like this hotel and recommended for short stay 1-2 days before continue travelling.

Very near to main station. Recommended place to stay, yet the accommodation don't provide kettle to make tea/coffee.

The staff is not very friendly, the location is good, but the surrounding situation is unstable because there are quite a lot of homeless so it feels a bit dangerous.

The staff is friendly, in the room there is a kettle for making coffee and tea, the location is very close to the central station. The rooms are quite spacious and clean.
