Receptions were very friendly, room was clean and cozy I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there. Location is convenient too in the middle of the city, a block behind Melbourne Central train station.

Staff is friendly, amenities are complete, room is clean. Location is walking distance to melb central (train station and mall) and queen victoria market. Lots of great food nearby.

Strategic location in cbd, friendly staff, spacious room also they upgrade my room and also give me early check in facility, would love to come back and stay in this Hotel in a future.

Strategic location, easy walk from from skybus terminal and next to tram station, bus stop, and so many shops and restaurant. The room was clean and spacious. Everything worked well.

The hotel is clean, and quite spacious and is in the middle of the city, very close to places to eat and coffee shops as well as trams stops and buses which can be reached on foot.

Very nice place and nice bathroom.

The temperature in Melbourne is freezing but I have to take a shower with ice cold water because the heater has a problem. Minimalist amenities, no toothbrush, body lotion and bottled water.
