I could not use the booking, despite reception hours 24/7 there was no one there to let me in when I arrived at 9:30 pm. After some time I finally reached someone by phone and had to go to another hotel. Nevertheless they deducted the amount from my creditcard. Upon my complaint they deducted it one more time, since then no more reactions on mails at all. Professionalism?

I diodn't stay there, but my friends from the Uk did. They found the beds and the bathroom very satisfactory, but there were some other things which could have been different. There was no black tea to drink for their breakfast( being English, that was quite extraordinary) and one morning the rolls had finished before they got to the breakfast. However, when all this was pointed out, the young manager was very apologetic and efficient at rectifying the situation and was keen that the right impression was created.

Big and nice rooms and friendly staff. But in my room (10) internet didn’t work at all. So strange. And I didn’t find heating system that good, all night my radiatior was heating on maximum but still in the morning was fresh in the room.

Friendly staff, entrance a bit weird (dark with glow in the dark), room is fine, although I don't have a power socket close to my bed to charge my phone/laptop.

Lovely Place. City Centre of Jena. Great location for a bigger party or a wedding.
