Really like staying here, the price is good deal already get breakfast, but book 3 months in advance. The room is quite spacious, there is a water heater, get 4 pillows, soft mattress, clean room, spacious bathroom, there is shampoo and soap, get tea and coffee in the room, the location is near mattenhiff kriens station about 5 minutes from luzerne central. Really like the calm atmosphere and the room is cleaned every day if we want. Minus no bidet, very simple food but quality and many non-halal. Overall really like staying 3 nights here. The room looked exactly the picture. Near to Kriens-Mattenhof train station, just walking distance. 4min train ride from this station to Luzern Station. Definitely will stay again here.

nice room. clean. staffs are friendly. breakfast is good. location good, very near kriens matenhoff station.

Rooms are big enough, but check out was running slow! We came 8.50 am for check out & just finish at 9.30 am just because the one that handle us was a trainee just couple days working there. Above all else, rooms are clean & good, breakfast standard European, and lies on quiet streets to rest well.
