The service was good, with smiling staff who quickly resolved internet issues with the TV. However, there was noise coming from the window at 3 a.m. The water jug wasn't empty and had water left over. The room wasn't soundproof, so outside noise could be heard.

The lobby is located at the inner end. If you get a room on the second floor, there's no elevator, so you'll have to take the stairs.

An affordable hotel located in the city center. Although Jalan Braga is closed on weekends, it is still accessible by car through the basement. The staff is friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Tri, who is always alert and friendly in welcoming guests.
