A comfortable place, close to everything in Nusa Dua and Uluwatu. I'll definitely come back here again if I ever visit Bali.

The room was spacious and clean, the staff was friendly, and the welcome drink was delicious and refreshing. The parking lot is a bit of a loop around the back of the hotel, but overall it's good.

The rooms are comfortable, spacious and spacious, the swimming pool is comfortable and clean.

There's a water problem at the hotel, and the water heater is out of stock. Hopefully, the service can be improved in the future.

The room is very spacious, strategic location, close to the toll road, close to Uluwatu, close to the airport.

Not very good, far from expectations, both in terms of cleanliness and other things. It is far from Amarosa Bandung or Bogor.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, the room was okay, spacious, clean, okay, but unfortunately the water was really problematic, so we had to call the receptionist several times to ask about the water which was often turned off. And I think that's what the hotel should pay attention to. There were no other problems, the breakfast was delicious, there were no problems. The water and some places seemed to need renovation again. Thank you 😇🙏🙏

Torn and dirty towels, dirty sheets, dirty room floor, dirty swimming pool, the hotel looks shabby, not well maintained, cleanliness is very lacking.

Large room, nice pool, close to the highway, lots of food outside the hotel and close to the Benoa toll road, quite affordable price, friendly and kind staff, needs a little improvement but overall it's still ok, the AC is cold and the area is very good for healing, it's not crowded.

The hotel is nice, spacier than I thought. Great place, looks old. I wish they'd change the crooked door but still worth the money.

Amarossa is very strategic to go anywhere because it is close to the Bali Mandara toll road, that is one of my considerations. This old hotel is still worth considering as a place to stay while in Bali. The condition of this hotel is indeed old or how I don't really understand, in my opinion this hotel is not well maintained by the management. Visually it will be seen starting from the elevator that feels not updated or not tidied up, my room which has several spots in the room looks not fixed or the aroma feels a bit less fresh / old. The hot water during my stay there did not work at all, complained on the 2nd day I thought it had been fixed, it turned out I confirmed again on the 3rd day and was informed that they were having problems with the hot water. The bedsheet which was a bit dirty to me (a bit yellow) and the bedcover seemed to have stains, but again in my opinion those who are not fussy and indifferent are quite worthy to be used as a place to rest while in Bali. The rest is all quite acceptable, my friend, hopefully the Amarossa Hotel will be better in the future.

The bathroom initially had some dusty spots and hair, the TV also had a problem with the remote but when I complained to the staff, they were immediately alert and super friendly. The room is comfortable. Overall it's good, maybe the only thing that needs to be improved is the small details in the interior and cleanliness. But I will recommend this hotel to my family and friends because it is comfortable and good.
