I was very happy staying here. The atmosphere is very comfortable, beautiful, and quiet. The floor of the room was very clean, and that was a plus point for us. The bathroom was also spacious and very clean. I was also happy that there was a local menu in the restaurant. The chicken soto and cafe latte were delicious ❤️ The only downside was the spring bed, because the springs were very noticeable and made it painful to sleep.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Two pools and both of them are clean, and the view is amazing. Quiet place and it's perfect for relaxation. The food is amazing, and the portions are good as well.

The view is good, but it's a shame that the chairs and curtains have stains.

BEDBUGS in Room 112! Actually the place was not bad. But one night ruined many days of our trip. It was very obvious that there are bedbugs in the room which eat my daughters legs with about 100bites! I had pictures of the proof how my daughter was laying there and where her legs where free to bite in that night and that was only in this hotel because she was very tired and sleep not on her back as usual. The stuff where friendly and help out with breakfast and an extra bed. But no one apologized and admit that the pictures I showed has something to do w theyr room. I talked several tomes about the proof and why they need to do something about it. The manager just told me, it is the first case and they need more data before they do something about it. I was shocked and told them how cruel it is to research some more data with costumers getting bedbugbites and complain! I hope the bedbugs not get into our stuff and travel to our house! Its very expensive and difficult to get rid of them. After change to room 120 no more bites. Good luck if you take the risk to sleep here. I hope you not cause any more data. After days she can't hold the each and keep scratching aldough treat several times every day. If you get the person of more data! Then you should get very angry to played to cause more data. This is not acceptable.

Great view from the pool. Room was okay, spacious but needed some extra cleaning and further upgrade. Too bad the second lower pool was under maintenance when we were there.

Holidays with couples and friends are great fun. The place is very beautiful, clean, beautiful, the rooms are spacious and clean, nothing is lacking, all has been provided and of course the staff is very friendly. Thank you Pertiwi Bisma.

The second time I stayed here was a very impressive highlight of the pool. Pretty like in picture I rarely play swimming pool at the hotel. But here I can not really see. Smiley staff Breakfast available Come as a kit to choose. Overall, it's worth the price paid. The only downside is that the entrance is quite deep in the alley. Motorbike rental is available. The price is only 70,000 IDR per day or about 200 Baht, which makes the entrance to the hotel + downtown Ubud convenient.

The hotel has excellent views, clean and comfortable rooms suitable to remove tired from busy work and the right place if you want to get romance with your partner. a clean pool and directly facing the natural scenery adds to the more comfortable atmosphere.

It's nice here .. for me who wants a quiet getaway this hotel is highly recommended. The hotel is clean beautiful scenery there are 2 pools and nice 22nya.

I stay one night, arrived at 11 mlm..that i ordered the order of d bisma 1 but set arrived d the receptionist location says full room, system error is not d close, i am sleepy and tired of mks automatically angry also with conditions like this , But the management replaced with the bisma 2 which is not too far distance, room d upgrade, it's just not ready towels in the room

Perfect .. This hotel has a very good view, strategic location, 2 infinity pool pool with cool view, large and clean rooms, courteous and friendly employees. I am very happy to stay here.

The view is nice, the rooms are comfortable and clean. The entrance to the hotel is somewhat run-down but the most disappointing of the water pool is its dirty and smelly. Please clean up immediately.
