The mirror in the room was cracked; a broken mirror means bad luck and should be repaired immediately. There's a plastic-free pledge app, but the room still has plastic spoons and toiletries wrapped in plastic. The staff is friendly and helpful. Service is excellent, with a fast check-in for a very last-minute booking.

Stayed for 3 nights. The location is quite strategic, but throughout my three-day stay, not a single staff member cared about my stay. All the staff focused solely on the international guests. At breakfast, they were approached and questioned to ensure their stay was comfortable, not us. It was a bit racist, though! The first day, my room wasn't cleaned the next day. After I asked to clean it at 7 AM and returned at 8 PM, my room was still dirty, and no one apologized. Shame on you!

The service is very friendly, and the restaurant's menu is a must-try; it's a top-rated restaurant. It's strategically located in a flood-free area with minimal traffic.

The hotel's location is very strategic, right on either side of the Krisna souvenir center and BCA bank, then the hotel is also surrounded by many delicious culinary options. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are also clean, and there is a swimming pool on the 6th floor. The only downside is the limited parking space, but the hotel security was very helpful in parking our vehicle. Overall, okay 👌
