the ceramic above the toilet suddenly exploded and broke like this in the middle of the night. The staff said the ceramic was not cemented, only glued (??) because there was access to gutter water or something else I don't really understand. suggestion: maybe it can be replaced with wood that can be opened and closed with a padlock or something. because frankly this is NOT SAFE at all. when someone poops in the sitting toilet and then it explodes, isn't the ceramic hurting someone's head? that's the only minus. the rest is OK, still tolerable. like breakfast, some menus that have run out but are not refilled, cutlery that runs out but waits for complaints to be provided. the menu should also be more varied. cleanliness is OK, soft pillows, blankets, sheets are all OK, twin beds are combined into 1 as if it were a big bed, but this is minor. understandable, it doesn't interfere with sleep anyway. The AC is not cold enough, you have to wait until nightfall to feel the cold. can be better in the future. thanks
