Hello, this is my first time in Semarang. I booked a hotel through an app and found a pretty good one in the reviews. Oh, and it turned out to be a good hotel. It was comfortable, not too crowded and not too quiet, clean and spacious too. The location is strategic. I was on the 19th floor, so the view was really great. There's a swimming pool and cafe on the 30th floor. And the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. For the price I booked, it was really worth it.

The hotel is comfortable and very helpful for traveling in Semarang and the rooms are very clean.

The staff, the receptionist is rude, it seems like they don't care about their work. Reported a broken AC, but they just said yes but no action was taken. The TV isn't a smart TV yet, the network is bad, many channels can't be tuned. Check-in at 5 AM is charged an additional 300k, and it's okay if the service is excellent. But I spent 760k for one night here, it wasn't really worth it. Overall 1/10 for the service. 👎

Improve friendliness, especially at the receptionist's desk, and avoid laughing or chatting when answering the phone. Also, improve restaurant amenities for breakfast, such as toasters, to avoid overwhelming employees.

I've been here twice with my extended family. It's a really cool 4-star hotel compared to the others. The breakfast is delicious.

During our stay, my family and I were satisfied with our time in the swimming pool, which offered a beautiful view. The hotel's location is close to a mall, making finding food easy.

Disappointing. The first night the AC broke down, and we moved rooms at 1:30 AM. Early the second morning, someone suddenly entered our room without ringing the doorbell or knocking. When we asked to check the CCTV, they told us the engineer was checking the AC, even though we hadn't requested an AC check since we were already in our new room.

The hotel staff is friendly, unfortunately the room AC is not cold enough and there are no towels setup at the pool, you have to bring your own towels from the room.

Everything is good, the swimming pool is in an attractive position, but unfortunately the swimming pool water is cloudy or not very clean.

Not as pictured, old building. The bedroom door opened by itself even though it was locked. The parking lot was confusing, with minimal directions. I got lost in the apartment. Check-in was delayed 30 minutes, and I wasn't allowed in until 2:30 PM. I got a smoking room. The staff was friendly. The breakfast menu was varied and delicious.

The restaurant food, ugh, not so good 🙄. It's 4 stars on the app but the room and food are 1 star, lol. Wanting to boil water, the kettle is rusty. The room is not very clean, and the bidet is broken. The food is messy, tasteless, and I don't know, it's hard to say 🤧.

I can't count the times I've been to Semarang, I've definitely been here.

The staff is friendly, it's close to the city center, and there are plenty of food stalls around the hotel. The view of the city is awesome!
