The room was very clean. The place was comfortable and quiet. The bed was comfortable, not hard, making for a comfortable sleep. If you're looking for cheap food, there's an alley in front of the hotel where the food is cheap and delicious.

The staff at check in was somewhat rude. His name was Huen or something. Chinese, fluffy guy. His intonation when talking to me was rude. I told him from the check in receipt I got from traveloka stated that deposit can be paid in cash or debit card. He insisted that only cash was accepted and asked me to walk all the way to the nearest atm machine which was like 10mins away. It wasn’t my fault coz i purposely didn’t bring deposit in cash bc i was confident that debit card could be used as stated in the receipt. He didn’t show any sympathy or care. Very lousy service. If i can record and show u guys how his face like when attending me, surely u guys will feel like giving him a good punch in the face. Apart from that, roaches are everywhere in the room. We left our food on the table for like 5 mins, can see small roaches already climbed in the bag.

The room is quite good at a low price, very close to the place you will visit for a vacation .. thankss,

Little by little. Deposit money with tourist money, big tourist money. Then when I want to extend the room, he asks for more tourist money. Are you crazy? I always come here when I first find a hotel like this. It's like taking advantage of tourist money. Then I extend the book to a new room, the name and price are different. But he gives me the same room. Cleaning service is not right. The room is not cleaned completely. Didn't wipe the floor, didn't change the blanket, didn't check the tissue. Bad experience staying here.

The hotel staff is very friendly and very helpful when checking in and checking out.

Location was good. Staff OK except one Malay lady (advise to terminate. Very rude shouting mad to other staff in front customers). Room OK but very smelly (hanging) and not tidy thoroughly.

i lost a pair of shoes the bathroom is not private, no lock the front of the hotel is the indian area and the smell makes me uncomfortable the hotel food is repetitive and never changes. even dessert is always onion, tomato, green apple and cucumber. my room was cleaned but the bed sheets and blankets were not changed even though they were dirty.

Overall it's a good stay, the location is good, there's cafe in front of the hotel and it's nice ambience. The staff was also helpful. Thumbs up.

I think receptionist should be a little more friendly. I experienced the way they talked to me and I heard also the way they talked to other guests. So rude. Room is OK but dirty on the side of the headboard and the sink is a little blocked. Room attendant was way friendly and helpful compared to the receptionist.

1) There was a mouse on the ceiling. 2) The staff didn't change the towels. 3) I asked for towels but didn't get them, had to go down and ask for them several times. 4) The room was stuffy...no ventilation. 5) The room wasn't cleaned. 7) The staff had bad manners. 8) Overall, not okay.

Very bad. Not soundproof per room. Can hear noise from the next room. Room service is not friendly. 1 star.

The AC and hot water run perfectly, the room is very clean as well. The only downside is that the bathroom door is old (?) so it doesn't close properly, but it doesn't affect my rating. That's good enough for me to be comfortable. There's a lot of food options too around the hotel. Near public transport and also its a 30 minute walking distance to the petronas twin tower. Overall I'm satisfied with my stay here

Great location in central Kuala Lumpur. Rooms were nothing that special.

Good hotel in city center. One drawback, thin walls between rooms, you can hear your neighbors as if they live with you.

Good for the price. Location is okay. It just that is to nooisy at night.
