Happy at here.. Many shops and food.. Great at here..

1. Check in 4 hours . Check out 10 seconds . Bad first experience. 2. Room very small (tower 3) 3. Location is super nice! Just walk few minutes to sky avenue etc. Its literally inside sky avenue 4. Breakfast in grand genting hotel, need to take free shuttle in front of starbux.

no utilities for bathroom. the floor little bit dirty. check in time is very longg because only 1 staff standby.

The room was very small, but the breakfast was delicious and had a wide selection of food. You could check in directly from the machine.

The hotel is old, the check-in process takes quite a long time and the queue is long so it takes 1.5 hours😭 the size of the room and bathroom is small... and not according to expectations😰

You can't self check in, if you buy through the booking application you have to queue for a very long time to check in, because there are only 2 officers.

To check in, you must take a queue number first. Then you can go to the counter according to the queue number. Check out at 11 am, you can use the automatic check out machine.

Room ambience is not nice. The hotel is old. Facilities are very limited (only 1 trash bin, shower is fixed, hot water is not stable). Not worth the price.
