Very strategic location, the hotel facade is really cute 🤍

The hotel had undergone and somewhat finished their renovations by the time we were there and the new lobby was lovely. We've booked a room on their newer wing as well and was thoroughly satisfied with everything. It's just a shame that they do not provide any designated parkings but understandable due to the area being a busy one

Overall OK. But I might not repeat my stay. Once experience is enough for me. The only concern that I have about this hotel is the quality of the room. Air-con got water leaking and some of the sockets were not functioning. Other than that OK. Location superb. As you walk out the main hotel door, there are many restaurants and shops. Easy to get food supply and many interesting stuff to see (night market, busking, morning market). The mall (suria sabah) is also just a walking distance.

Rooms looks worn, remote for TV wasn't working, needed to be replaced. Our other room, the was not remote for AC, needed to ask.

It was a very pleasant stay at the hotel. Requested for some decoration for anniversary celebration to surprise my husband, the hotel did a very good job. Such a classic yet elegant hotel decoration, room is very clean and spacious, the waiters at the restaurant and also the staff at reception are all very friendly. Will definitely come back to this hotel.
