The toilet smelled of septic tank smoke, even though the room was on the 9th floor, and I ordered on the Traveloka app asking for a single bed only because I was alone, when I got there they said the beds were sold out, even though there were many empty and quiet rooms on the 9th floor, and the food was SNI.

For anyone who books this hotel, be careful. They do not differentiate between complimentary and paid water bottles. They charged us for the water we drank even though there was no sign indicating it wasn’t free, so many people might think it’s complimentary.
It’s not about the amount of money, but this kind of service really sucks.

The room's sheets were dirty, there was no hot water. The AC wasn't cold. The closed shower made it difficult to adjust... very different from the Tjokro in Bandung.

I'm really satisfied here. I just happened to get a room with a great view, they were very responsive when I had a problem with the AC, they fixed it right away, the food is delicious, the breakfast is varied every day, the menu is delicious, I'm really satisfied staying here 🥰

The staff are friendly, but the hotel is not very clean, the exhaust fan above the bathroom is dirty and dusty... the hotel corridor is hot... only one elevator is operating, some of the room curtains are torn, the bathroom floor is slippery

Sorry to say, but the room is sooooo hot huhu the AC only feels a bit cold at night. I booked 2 rooms and both of them are not cold. The refrigerator in my room also doesn't work. The noise from the next room is also quite disturbing because when there are school children, they are playing guitar in the room singing even though it's already bedtime. As a suggestion, maybe the curtains can be changed so they can hold back the heat from the windows a little. For the breakfast menu, make it more varied
