The location is very close to the city center and food stalls. The bedrooms are spacious, with fresh green carpet and expansive views out the windows. The bathrooms are also clean and well-maintained, adding to the comfort. A great hotel in a strategic location. I would stay here again if I ever come back to Semarang.

This is a good hotel based on clean room, friendly staff, great location, easy access. One thing this hotel needs to improve is the breakfast menu. I strongly suggest improving the variety of the breakfast menu. I found that the plate was not washed clean enough, still smelled of egg and fish (bau amis telur), and I found ants at the table. Please improve the breakfast menu & cleanliness of the restaurant area. People come back to stay because of the good sleep and good breakfast. Thank you.

This was my last experience. The bathroom was really dirty, and it had a distinct smell that was hard to describe 🙄. At least it was cleaned. The room was really stuffy. They provided snacks, but I thought they were free, but I had to pay 😆. I forgot to take a photo, sorry. This should be used as an evaluation, Sis 🙏🏼

The staff are friendly and the hotel was fine. The problem was only cleanliness in the room. Cleaning service was not careful to clean the room before I checked in. Found some hair and a seal of a water bottle on the room floor.

First time staying at Holiday Inn Express Semarang and I booked 2 rooms. The rooms were unexpectedly spacious. I also loved that the hotel provided an electric kettle in the room. The pillows were comfortable, and the sheets, floor mats, and towels were all clean. The breakfast selection was not very varied, just standard, but it tasted good. The only downside was that the parking area was quite limited, with tight corners in the basement parking lot. Overall, it was a pleasant stay 👍
