Good budget hotel in good location but…Mosque and temple can be loud at times. The main issue that you all need to be aware of is that the staff that clean the room stole money from us! Half of the cash in my daughter’s wallet was removed while the room was getting cleaned. Went through her bag to get to the wallet. Management wanted me to report it to the police but I didn’t. Didn’t want to waste my limited time dealing with this when at the end of the day nothing will come of it. Got the sense that they have had problems with their cleaning staff before. Therefore a word of warning; take all your cash and valuables with you or tell them to never clean your room! We had 5 nights so needed some new towels and a tidy up. Shame because I thought it was a good budget hotel.

Toilet was clogged for one floor and no immediate action from the hotel. Receptionist was very unhelpful and gave unpleasant answers.

Too bad they still open when they got renovation on 2nd floor, so the elevator didn't work at all & they put materials everywhere. My room is on 3rd floor with luggage & stuffs, they didn't offer for help. The staffs weren't friendly for me, they have difficulties understand english.

This hotel in front of the temple and near from esplanade (Georgetown). The staffs are friendly and helpful. P.

Reception perempuan tua. Banyak kasar dan sombong. Tak hormati customer. Saya tidak mau inap lagi kalau dia ada kat sana kerja.

The reception was arrogant and rude. I am a regular at this hotel. He spoke harshly. And don't want to pack the room the next day.

Clean place, lots of halal culinary delights, impressive religious harmony, places of worship are close by. There is a temple mosque, a rukun Hindu temple.

Location near downtown Georgetown. Clean rooms. Calm down to sleep. Even though there is electricity there is interference but that's okay. I like.

The hotel is near an Indian temple-very noisy. An elevator is almost out of order, cannot press the level. The room is quite large.

Hotel near the crowd, to Komtar only 5 minutes by taxi, many Indian eateries, friendly receptionist, can leave bags after check-out. If for backpackers who are only for sleeping and taking a shower it's okay, but if for relaxing at the hotel it is less appropriate because the facilities are just ordinary. In accordance with the budget that is friendly in the bag.

I like the hotel, it is close to the food area and shopping center, but the hotel facilities are less pleasant plus the customer service is not friendly, the rooms are not too clean.
