It was an unpleasant experience we had during our staycation. Booked 2 nights, arrived around 4pm, lobby were flooded with people. Upon checked in, told us that there were no rooms available yet, we had to wait and there were some guests already waited for more than an hour. Asked for second solution, upgraded our room for RM200+per night, then I requested to upgrade for the first night and the second night would remain to the room what I have booked before. After the front desk discussed with the manager, agreed with my decision. We mentioned that what time should we checked out after the first night staying and change to the other room, she said that if nobody booked the room we had stay then we could spent our second night there too. She said that she would call if any problems. After 2 nights staying, we were requested to pay the balance for the second night. Never received any calls from them about this issue (front desk said they would call). She went to discuss with the manager again, came out and told me that I should call to ask (I had asked how I know that if I would stay at the same room, she told me she would call me if the room booked by others), I went bananas since she was really irresponsible. Ended up she said she would pay the balance for us, but she shaked her head liked we were uncivilized. It was too disappointing ☹.
