Good location, from the hotel provides pick-up from the fast boat docking place. Ambiences are also good, it is better if you visit before the rainy season arrives to get a beautiful sunset. There is access to the beach and several activities provided by the hotel. Staff are easier to remember the names of visitors. Need to explore again for the breakfast menu so that it is not monotonous, feels boring for guests who stay more than 3 nights.

There was a rooster that would wake us up at 4am every day. It was unbearable.

I was meeting with the Front Office Manager, I believe it was a lady, she is kind of rude and not handling the issue within proffesional matter. I was requested for the extra bed and willing to pay, however it was not available, what a shame. This is totally different with my last stay with well handled by Resort Manager. Please have a look in your management area.

Clean rooms, very pleasant because the staff is very friendly, thank you all the staff, hope to visit again.

The place is comfortable, unfortunately access to the crossing is limited at certain hours.

Perfect, everything is cool there is a gym too, the room has a pool.

Ok, so you think you are getting a deal on a 1 bedroom villa? Wrong, it is a bungalow with a wall around it, nothing more. Breakfast mediocre, pool cloudy. Lobby is really nice though and so was the dinner. But not worth the extra money.

His room was nice but unfortunately his breakfast far from expectations, not rich 4 stars

The location is pretty good, a rental place near transportation, breakfast okay, it's just feeding site can not pay using a credit or debit card while atm on the island only one and often empty money.
