Satisfied, good and friendly service

The hotel staff was friendly at check in, the location is strategic, close to shopping centers.

I checked in with breakfast service, but my wife and I were turned away upon entering the restaurant, saying it was room only. My phone was charging in the room, so I couldn't argue in front of a crowd.

The hotel is strategically located in the heart of Makassar's shopping district, near the shopping center. The staff is friendly. However, our room was a bit dirty, especially under the bed, as if it hadn't been cleaned in a while. The bathroom also smelled a bit, the wastewater was stagnant, and most frighteningly, there were lots of small black worms crawling out of the drain, making it uncomfortable. Otherwise, it was fine and quiet. Sorry to say.

All staff are very friendly, good service, strategic location, making it a good choice to stay again if you visit Makassar.

The room was cleaned but not informed beforehand, so it was very uncomfortable, chaotic.

It so happened that the AC in the room I stayed in was leaking, but otherwise it was good for the price.
