Receptionist teruk, no friendly, no smile.

Comfortable room and cooling acon.

The room area is ok but housekeeping is not satisfactory. Stay 5 days no room. Soap and minerals do not top up. Channel TV is not that clear except fox movie je.

The hotel is good but the receptionist need to improve more on customer service.

The hotel is close to the mamak eatery, small rooms, no hot water cookers, TV broadcasts are not clean, hot water showers are not hot enough.

I often stay at my hotel, do not advise the waitress at the counter to be more responsible, stop playing fonts or watching tv or internet when costumer asking her, smile is important.

Smelly and had faulty tv. Bad service.

It’s just a small room, but complete amenities. You need to push away the bed for solat... High water pressure, clean towel, comfortable bed...
