Friendly and helpful staff in the check-in process.

The hotel staff were very friendly and very helpful during check in. The rooms were large and the hotel area had many food stalls and mini markets for shopping.

The staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean and big. It's close to everywhere and there are many shopping shops and food places around the hotel.

best, comfortable and close to the destination

All the staff are very friendly. This hotel is always my choice.

Arrived around midnight. Staff at the counter not friendly. The room was very comfortable, but the air conditioner is dusty. Breakfast had the same menu the next day, but it's quite delicious. Taxi by Grab arrived around 15 minutes after booking, possibly due to the hotel location (busy area).

best near world trade center

Arrived very late and tired, I ask for a clean room. First thing I see is cockroaches running around and the bathroom was a huge river because the sink was leaking, not dripping, it was squirting all over the floor. So they gave me another room a floor up, it was slightly better but the place is basically a dump and needs complete total renovation. Both TV in both rooms broken screen and only 2 channels available. Then the worst was the internet or lack thereof, they do have 4 or 5 different wife's but none work. Never again

Great location & cheap price with breakfast

Easy to reach place, around many places to eat also when checking in is not much hassle and fast even when checking out I was allowed to leave my suitcase. the price plus breakfast is very "recommended yes .... thanks yes the shortcomings are not comparable to the satisfaction obtained. Family vacation becomes fun .... even they are very understanding of us who are from abroad so they are given a good tower view.

1. The room smells of urine. 2. The bathroom has no exhaust fan, so it is hot, humid, smelly, so the towels on the clothesline do not dry. 3. The AC only emits hot air. 4. The hotel staff were slow when asked to go to the room because at that time the bathroom was locked from the inside (could not be opened) 5. My friend was disturbed by other creatures. 6. The lighting was quite dim.

If the girl is cheesy If the guy is friendly the bathroom doors are all scratched
