Hello, I want to share my testimony during my 3D2N stay there from September 20th to 22nd. I chose a basic room at that time (superior). At first I was hesitant, because I read some bad reviews on the app and Google Review. But all of them were refuted. The room was very clean, there were no small cockroaches, the AC was so cold that I had to turn up the temperature, the food was also varied, not just the same. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It's just that the Wi-Fi network and signal were a bit intermittent, but everything was very satisfying during my stay there. Please maintain it.. When I got my first room, the door was broken and wouldn't lock from the inside, so I asked to change rooms. I was then given another room, but the sink also leaked.

Everything was fine except the wifi 🥲. Six days there was fine.

Everything was good. It's just the room facing the main road is very noisy. And on my last day before checking out, I had an issue with the AC. I called maintenance, but it only lasted for 5 minutes. I checked out early because of that issue.

My stay here was enjoyable because the hotel is: 1. Strategically located, close to the beach and aesthetic cafes. 2. The service staff was great; I asked for a hairdryer and they quickly provided it. 3. I didn't try the food because I booked without breakfast. 4. There were also many promotional prices.

If I am still in Bali, I will come to this hotel again.

I stayed here before and everything was fine, but now it's very different. The room isn't as comfortable as before, and the AC isn't working properly either, so during my two-night stay, I felt very hot every time I slept. The room was cool, but unfortunately it wasn't carpeted, so it was a bit slippery and wet because of the dew.
