I got a room that smelled really damp, and then asked for a change three times, but finally, I was given a deluxe room facing the balcony. At first, it didn't smell damp. But after turning on the AC, the damp smell returned. It turned out there was quite a thick layer of black mold in the central AC. Luckily, it was only for one night. Then, when I was about to check out, there were suddenly baby cockroaches in the room. Honestly, the hotel is nice, but unfortunately, the room is poorly maintained. The service is actually good, and the staff is good. The only downside is the condition of the room. The breakfast is very standard, ordinary and not that delicious for the price.

So far the hotel is comfortable, the AC is very cool, and the food is okay, although not too much variation. The lighting was too dark and can't be adjusted, maybe it would be better if the light can be brighter.

The check-in staff with Ms. Sella, and the check-out staff Wulan were very responsible and friendly and clear in explaining.

The bed was not a queen bed, only two single beds combined. The drinking water was salty, very salty, like boiled tap water. The phone was not working; you need to call the receptionist using your own mobile phone.

The place is clean and quiet. Some of the staff were also very helpful when I needed assistance.

Very lacking. Got a rather dirty room, lots of hair on the floor and ceiling, and near the AC a bit dirty, not sure if it was a leak or mold. Even though this is the best room, the suite. Asking for a room change is just worse. There are many improvements in the hotel area now, the first day the pool was closed for maintenance and many tiles were broken in the hallway area. The staff is not friendly, the bed is hard and feels like iron. Breakfast is not tasty, there are ants in the pudding and when it runs out it takes a long time to refill. There are so many shortcomings, please fix it. Thank you. This can't be a 4 star, maybe a 3 star!

The location is on the main road, the rooms are spacious and always clean, check-in and check-out are always fast, hopefully I can stay here again if I go to Bali.
