The staff is friendly. But maybe the toilet smell still needs to be improved.

The last experience was quite satisfying, I was given free ice cream when I checked in. But during breakfast, I was usually allowed to bring it to my room, but now I can't.. whereas others were too lazy to go down to the restaurant because it was far from the room.. I was too lazy to walk.. If it was good before, if I wanted to rush out, the hotel would quickly give me a takeaway box so I could have breakfast in the car..

My go-to hotel for Bali. Yesterday, I stayed alone and chose the smallest room, but when I checked in, it was huge. It was too big for one person, with a balcony, two TVs, and even a sofa. This was my first time in a big room, as I was a bit scared sleeping alone. The lights, as usual, were dim. The bathroom mirror was also rusty, making it even more scary. I had to video call someone to feel like I had someone to sleep with. 😭 The food at the restaurant on my second day (Saturday) wasn't very varied, probably because it wasn't high season. If you order coffee other than black, there's an extra charge (as far as I remember, it was free a few months ago). Also, the trash cans need to be checked regularly. Earlier, in front of the elevator on the 4th floor, I smelled an unpleasant odor in the area (like used sanitary napkins) several times. I ordered: Iced latte 35,000 Rupiah (tax included) French fries 98,000 Rupiah (although pricey, they were really delicious)

The bathroom faucet is leaking, the hot water in the bathroom is unclear, the water faucet is not fully clear so the bathroom is muddy

I think this was one of the worst family hotel experiences I’ve had. I was traveling with my three young children, ages 6, 10, and 11. We decided to stay at this hotel for 5 days and 4 nights, choosing the Family Suite because of the appealing digital visuals — the bunk beds, bathtub, and kid-friendly room design. Plus, the promise of gluten-free welcome ice cream got my kids really excited and eager to arrive. The hotel claims to be a 5-star property. We arrived around 7 PM, and disappointment struck right from the start. 1. The welcome ice cream was not available due to being out of stock. I expected the front desk to at least reassure us that it would be delivered once restocked the next day, but instead, I had to be the one to ask. 2. I had booked and paid for this hotel on May 13th, 2025, for a stay in early July — a nearly two-month lead time, which should have been sufficient to allocate us a proper room. Yet, here’s what we encountered: • Upon entering the hallway to our room (no. 528, the last one at the far end), we were hit with a strong sewage-like smell. • Inside the room, the odor worsened — especially in the family room area. It seemed to come from the air conditioner (cassette type), which had two loose covers. We ended up staying mostly in the bedroom with the door closed because turning on the AC in the family room made the smell unbearable. • Near the bunk bed, we discovered a dried-up lizard carcass (photo attached). This raises concerns about how often the room is actually cleaned — was it rarely used? • The bathtub area was dusty when we arrived, so we had to clean it ourselves. Many bathroom fixtures, like the faucets and flush buttons, were rusted. • Although the interior was decorated with child-friendly sticker wallpapers, many of them were peeling off. • The TV cable system wasn’t user-friendly — I couldn’t access any features. Luckily, I could still stream Netflix via my own account. • Even in the hotel lobby, the sewage smell lingered heavily. It made us wonder if the drainage system had issues that hadn’t been addressed. • Breakfast was overpriced in my opinion. As a family of five, we had to pay for an extra voucher since only four were included. Honestly, we’ve had better breakfasts at 3-star hotels. 3. Most of the staff were friendly, especially those in the restaurant. However, one staff member left a bad impression — a male staffer in black attire with an athletic build who was stationed at the lobby. One evening, around 8 PM, we returned from a trip. I smiled and attempted to greet him as we exited the car, but he turned his face away as if we weren’t even guests. Do hotel staff only show warmth to newly checked-in guests needing luggage help? 4. It also appeared that local guests were treated differently than foreign tourists when it came to ride-hailing pickup. My driver, who was staying elsewhere, needed to pick me up via Gojek. He was required to wait 100 meters away from the hotel’s entrance. But on the third day, while relaxing in the lobby, I witnessed two foreign tourists getting picked up right at the lobby entrance by their online motorbike taxis. Some positives: • On the second day, after I filed a complaint, the staff responded and moved us to a replacement room of the same type. It was definitely better — no more sewage smell, though the new room still had a damp+perfume-like scent. • The hotel’s location is strategic, close to Finns, Warung Made, and many other Canggu hotspots. • The swimming pool and restaurant area offer stunning views with direct beach access. • The gym is also excellent, with complete equipment. Suggestions for improvement: • Please improve lighting in the bathroom — it feels spooky, especially for guests with young children. • Pay more attention to the overall quality of rooms, especially room 528. I wish the hotel continued success, and I truly hope the issues mentioned above will be addressed to better match the 5-star standard it claims to offer. Thank you.

for cable tv channels or netflix should be available in this hotel. but unfortunately it is not connected yet. so there is no entertainment that can be watched while in the room.

The shower faucet leaked, no compensation, reported since the evening, but no follow up. Asking for a small spoon/spoon for the room had to be brought to the lobby at night. 1 hotel towel was missing, either lost or secured by the hotel, who knows which is true, the important thing is that we still change the towel according to the obligation. Suggestions can be checked CCTV should be yes. The swimming pool and restaurant are good, the beach view is also good. Access to Canggu is like that,

the room is very spacious, clean but looks old. the air conditioner is cold. the bathtub in the room I stayed in was leaking. the service is good and friendly, also agile. the swimming pool is nice and comfortable, for the beach there are many dogs that like to poop everywhere. in the canggu area now there is traffic jam everywhere so if it rains you will be stuck on the road for hours. so it's better to stay at a hotel.

Very pleasant and worth a return visit. Staying only one night here feels lacking, I didn't expect it to be this pleasant. ✅ I give the staff a thumbs up 10/10. Every time we meet, everyone greets us & is friendly. ✅ 10/10 pleasant first impression, when we checked in we all got delicious pelaswey ice cream with real fruit flavor. ✅ 10/10 booked in a family room. The kids were super excited, there was 1 king bed, bunk bed, in the living room there was a large sofa and dining table. The room decoration is attractive with cute pictures. There is a children's play tent. ✅ spacious bathroom with a bath tub & shower room. ✅ even though I didn't get a sea view, the room view at night was also beautiful, city lights and there was a ferris wheel 🎡 that was lit up. ✅ very large swimming pool with a sea view. The ambiance is really nice ✅ there are quite a lot of food variations ✅ 10/10 can rent an electric bike for 1 hour for free. It's fun to go around Canggu in the morning using an electric bike. ✅ around the hotel there are many cafes, mini markets and clinics The downside is probably the location which is a bit far compared to Kuta / Nusa Dua. Small road access, often congested at some points. A beach with quite big waves, so you have to be extra careful when bringing children. There are also many dogs roaming around the beach.

This hotel is really great, there is a beach behind the hotel, friendly staff, delicious food, very spacious rooms and always cleaned even though we didn't request it, second time staying here, still happy.
