Affordable and near of public transport

So far the hotel is comfortable and the officers are also quite friendly. But the location is a bit far from the city and if you ride late you have to go far. Yes, so the point is the location is not strategic for travel. Incidentally, we were busy yesterday so we had to use grabs everywhere the beer wasn't tired of the road.

It took awhile for the front desk to find my booking through agent but finally checked in. The hotel is very clean, nice interior, looks exactly like the one pictured. AC, water heater, and wifi work great. They have TV as well. Two electric ports in the bedroom area, great. No food stalls are seen around the area but it's indeed very close to Maharajalela Monorail and supermarket. Tax and deposit are requested upon check in, but that's okay. With the price, this hotel is very recommended.

I can't say much because I was staying for few hours only before departure to airport. The room is as expected with comfortable bed and clean bathroom. For 40 bucks, I think its value for money.

Maybe can fix the air one remote control nearby side table beside the bed mattress

Room does not match what is listed in the photos. There are no toiletries at all (toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, bath soap, towels). There is a broken bathroom part.

A comfortable hotel and clean and good location

The bed was not clean and the body bed was itching. Very disappointing

Very bad experience. Hotel was overbooked but guest wasn't informed until we reach their hotel. End up to arranging us to their other branches which is more than 20 km away from the kl branch. Manager try to blame the whole issue to internal system error but I had previously called and check on my booking and they informed already done reserving. Awfully disappointed ! Stay away from this hotel, irresponsible and bad management.

The inn is very nice, the room is clean and acnya cold. Room for 4 views directly leads to the front with aesthetic large windows. Wc was also clean. Can borrow an iron and water cooker. The employees are friendly and always say hello. if watching a concert at the state stadium / independent stage I would definitely stay here again.

The plumbing need improvement. the front office staff need to be more helpful and faster in doing his job. it take me a while to check in

the hotel is ok with a comfortable elevator but the rooms are not clean and the air circulation is not there. probably will not be back to stay here.

The hotel needs extra charge for weekend RM10 per night. So bad.
