The headboard smelled of dust. Breakfast wasn't recommended. Everything from fried rice, cuanki, porridge, and more was bland.

The staff was very friendly, check-in and check-out were fast, and the location was strategically located near shopping centers and restaurants. It was easily accessible by public transportation.

The hotel staff is quite friendly and polite. The rooms are not soundproof, as noise from outside can be clearly heard from inside. Parking is limited, but you can leave your car keys with security. The location is easily accessible due to its central location.

Oh my, I really don't recommend it, the AC is no longer cold, the hot water takes a long time to heat up, it's really dirty, the room key can't be used, you have to wait for a technician to open it, in short, it's really a loss, the only advantage is that it's close to BEC, BIP, Gedung Sate, that's the only advantage, the rest of the hotel facilities are just village-like

For the price, it's not worth it. The carpet in the room smells, the water in the bathroom stagnates for a long time, the toilet flush is broken, the towels are of poor quality because they don't absorb water well, you can borrow an iron, but it burns, leaving a mark on the fabric, there's no hot water, and there are clothes hangers, but they're broken and can't be used. The food is quite tasty, although there aren't many choices. The best thing about this place is the location.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by a security guard who handles valet parking. The receptionist was friendly, and our ID cards were copied. A IDR 100,000 security deposit was refunded upon check-out. The bedroom was as ordered, and the kids loved it. The bathroom and toilet were clean and odor-free, with hot water available for showering, and complete amenities. Close to Bandung's nightlife street food area.

It's a shame that the maintenance of this hotel is so bad, the shower doesn't work properly and even the shower handle is missing.

The room is small for that price, the motorbike parking outside is narrow and when it rains, your helmet gets wet, the toilet is like it's stuck to the wall and not attached to the floor, so for me who is overweight, I'm afraid it will fall. The room's cleanliness is also lacking, as can be seen from the table which has lots of stubborn stains. The plus is that it's in the middle of the city so it's close to everywhere like BEC, BIP, Dago, and the station.

The access card was broken and we had to go back and forth downstairs in a very tired position and the purpose of coming here was to rest. Then the AC was not cold at all, until it was fixed twice by the technician, initially it was cold for about 1 hour then it turned off again. It continued until we were annoyed and tired.

It's okay for that price

Location is great. The staff ia very friendly and helpful. One thing that needs to be managed wisely and properly is the bathroom and small things like the door key card needs to be renewed, the flusher in the bothroom should propeely worked. Simple thing does matter. But, the rest is fine. Thank you for a nice stay
