The hotel is due for renovations, and many things are due for replacement. Other than that, everything is fine. The staff is great, efficient, and friendly.

The room was haunted, I checked out the day I checked in. The room was very damp, smelly and dirty.

I stayed in room 516, the hot water didn't work, the hair dryer had low power, the TV remote was a bit difficult to use, for a room priced at 7 hundred, I think you should be able to get a smart TV or Android TV.

The staff was very friendly, but many rooms had late check-outs, so I had to wait until my reservation was confirmed. I ended up choosing a twin room because a superior king-size room wasn't available yet.

The hotel is comfortable, the building looks well-maintained, the rooms are clean, and the front desk is open 24 hours, so even at night, checking in was easy. The location is right in the city center, close to everything. I was on a business trip, and it was easy to walk around the hotel. I would definitely return to this hotel again. Recommended.

For the price, it's not worth it. The carpet in the room smells, the water in the bathroom stagnates for a long time, the toilet flush is broken, the towels are of poor quality because they don't absorb water well, you can borrow an iron, but it burns, leaving a mark on the fabric, there's no hot water, and there are clothes hangers, but they're broken and can't be used. The food is quite tasty, although there aren't many choices. The best thing about this place is the location.
