I stayed at Ayana Resort Bali for 4 nights and had a wonderful experience. The resort is extremely large and offers many excellent facilities within the property, including Rock Bar, Kubu Beach, the spa, Tevana Garden, and many other beautiful areas to explore. The resort is highly recommended for travelers who want to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The grounds are well maintained, and there are plenty of activities and scenic spots without needing to leave the resort. One thing to note is that the hotel is located quite far from the city center, so it may not be the best choice for those planning to spend most of their time shopping or exploring urban attractions. However, if your goal is to unwind and enjoy a tranquil resort experience, Ayana Resort Bali is an excellent choice.

Nice lobby and have a great sunset view. They also have many translators of a few languages like Chinese and Japanese.

Sorry to say. The staffs are not helpful to local tourists, the room is very old fashioned (Ayana Resort Twin Bed) and the food is nothing special. However, the view and Rock Bar cafe is tremendous.

The hotel resort is beautiful and the staff are friendly. A great location and with all the amenities, spa, gym, restaurants, entertainment, and a rock bar along the cliffs overlooking the ocean with beautiful sunset.

I didn't find anything unpleasant about this hotel at all. Everything is good. Really friendly service, very well maintained cleanliness, beautiful environment, really beautiful beaches and views, super complete facilities, lots of food and restaurant choices. Will definitely come back here.

The hotel is exotic with a lot of areas to explore. The breakfast was okay, taste good but limited variants. Building was old but well maintained. Overall great stay!

The room is rather overpriced, stayed there so that we have easier access to Rock Bar, but it turns out that Rock Bar is also overrated. Service is so-so. The food in Unique Bar must be complimented because it is yummy!

It's a loss to pay dearly here! Bad experience with Ayana, my deposit has not been refunded until 3 days after checking out, I don't know why! Please Ayana be professional!

Honestly disappointed with Ayana's service! I checked out Monday 11 July 2022 but until I make this review 14 July 2022 my deposit is Rp. 2,000,000 has not been refunded yet, I asked for it back and forth but the response was slow. Ayana's class makes guests go back and forth, please be professional. That's my right, don't make it difficult! Please don't be a thief.
