I've stayed here many times and it's always been a great experience. It's a budget hotel, but not cheap. The rooms are especially clean, and they smell amazing. Oh my God. Awesome, keep it up! 👍

What a great experience staying in this hotel. The staff are very friendly, especially the receptionist who handled my check-in. He upgraded my room from superior to deluxe. I was also amazed by the location of this hotel; it just takes 5 minutes to Losari Beach.

I originally booked a superior room, but got an older one. The bed was old, the room was cramped, the telephone was broken, and the bathroom had a bathtub. The next day, I was upgraded to a deluxe room. The room was decent, but the receptionist service was very poor.

The hotel rooms are spacious and clean, and the location is very strategic, easily accessible to various locations.

Highly not recommended. If you're not prepared to accommodate many guests, you should limit them. How can you keep guests waiting in the lobby until 10:30 at night because their rooms aren't ready, claiming that towels and sheets are still being laundered?

Overall, it exceeded my expectations for the price. I was delighted with the staff's friendliness. I was on a business trip to Makassar, and checked in at 9:00 PM and even got a free room upgrade. Thank you, Mbak Putri, for being so humble. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Makassar.
