The staff are friendly, the rooms are spacious, the hotel has many facilities, and the breakfast is plentiful and delicious.

The exterior and interior have a Javanese-style resort feel. They're clean and very family-friendly, with a pool and a children's playground. The rooms are quite spacious and comfortable. Highly recommended for families with children. Breakfast options are varied and quite tasty, including herbal drinks. Please liven up the hotel!

The children's arena is adequate, thank you, my child is happy.

The receptionist was very nice and friendly. I booked a superior room and was upgraded because it was still available. The facilities are plentiful, including a children's field for soccer, a sandpit, and a children's pool. There's a gym and spa. The food is delicious and the prices are reasonable.

Friendly service from all staff

The place is cool, comfortable, only the floors, stairs, etc. are not very clean and not very satisfying.. especially on the 4th floor there is no elevator, you have to go up and down the stairs.. Bismillah, hopefully it will help to improve further.

Eco-friendly hotel, suitable for families

Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly by the bellboy and receptionist. All the staff were also friendly and polite. When we wanted to use the hotel facilities, they kindly explained the options. The gym facilities were also excellent. The breakfast selection was quite extensive. The balcony with its pool view was beautiful. Public transportation access was also easy. There's a Trans Jogja bus stop very close to the hotel, making it easy to access tourist attractions like Malioboro Street and Prambanan.

Very friendly and good service

The indoor AC is noisy. The room is quite spacious and comfortable.

It's clean, the water heater is also running smoothly, the wifi is fast, it's really suitable for work.

This is an amazing hotel for me and my family... This is not just a review, but please try to stay at The Jayakarta Hotel Yogyakarta... Good luck.

The hotel is nice, clean, comfortable, and cheap.. I really felt at home..

The staff were all friendly, to the point where a mother was allowed to bring food from the restaurant during breakfast for her grandson who was going for a walk, claiming it meant he wouldn't have to stop for snacks. However, in almost every hotel I've visited, taking food out of the restaurant during breakfast is prohibited. Guests are only allowed to eat at the restaurant and cannot take it away for any reason.

old hotel quite far from the city center. spacious room Ok quite clean but the door security from the inside is only a chain, no slot lock or anything else. Honestly I feel less safe, when I asked the hotel staff "there are 2 different answers. When I entered the phone was dead. There are quite a lot of toys: small soccer, rabbit cage. billiards, table tennis but the outside environment is not "maintained" the table tennis equipment is dusty the rabbit cage is not well maintained. eat at the restaurant. quite expensive. when checking out there was no bellboy to help, just watched when lifting luggage from the 2nd floor to the car. oh yeah I was on the 2nd floor where there is no elevator

The craziest hotel during our staycation. 1. The hotel is really scary, an old hotel, not suitable for bringing kids. 2. The room is dirty, especially the sheets and the bedcover, I swear it's not. 3. This is suitable for a budget hotel, not a 4-star hotel. 4. This is the first time I've found a menu that doesn't have chicken or other side dishes, only eggs and fish crackers, the taste is all over the place. 😢😢😢 5. But it seems like it's useless to complain because this hotel is always busy, so it's bound to be ignored. So, I think it needs some rejuvenation/renovation, but if the management doesn't make any improvements, it's just a matter of time before it becomes the worst hotel.
