I really like it here. The room is very spacious, especially the Wi-Fi is smooth, the swimming pool is large and not too crowded, and there is no swimsuit requirement. The garden atmosphere is comfortable. I like it here, the only downside is that the toilet sometimes doesn't drain smoothly or is sometimes clogged, and requires a lot of water, even though the water is all in the shower. But it's not a problem because I don't have to poop too often, hehe.

The hotel staff is friendly and kind, and I love the service. It's simply the best.

The hotel staff were very friendly. The AC in the room was very cool. The view was super beautiful. The new room design looks very nice, cool. The food in the restaurant was also delicious although not very diverse. It was just a shame that the edge of the spring bed in room 402 was torn and it was very obvious when we entered the room even though the room price is expensive. There was also no doormat provided, but thankfully when we asked for one, the hotel staff quickly brought it.

The furniture design in the new room is also cool. But it's a shame the spring bed in the room is soft but torn at the edges and it's very visible in room 402 even though the room is priced at 650 thousand (considered pricey) because it is a new room that has been renovated. The bathroom mat, requested a new one, should be prepared like other hotels. Overall it's okay 👍

Always had problems with the water. Stayed there because it had a swimming pool.

The hotel is under renovation, which meant no water running when we checked in. The bedroom floor is dusty, the bathroom floor leaked. No restaurant. The beach view from the space where we had breakfast was full of garbage. Not enjoyable at all.

I've stayed at several star-rated hotels, including the Hotel Makassar Golden, which offers affordable prices and excellent service. I highly recommend it for anyone planning a vacation in Makassar. The hotel is strategically located in the heart of Makassar.

The door access card didn't work three times, making it a hassle. The hot water didn't work. There was only cold water for showering. The bathroom was broken and old and in dire need of renovation.

Overall is good but mine only in the sound quality

Many small worms came out of the tap water. When I tried to fill the bathtub, the water came out with small worms. Please pay attention to the cleanliness of the water.

The place is great, the view is amazing. It's like a cottage-style villa, with a view directly from the room to Losari Beach. The only thing is, the beach lights aren't on at night.

Toilet facilities need to be improved, for staff all is good.

It's always the hotel of choice whenever I visit Makassar due to its strategic location and easy access to everything. The staff are all friendly and responsive.

This hotel is nice, but unfortunately, it's worn out with age. The carpet is worn, the elevator is old. It needs maintenance and a tidy-up here and there. Amenities are incomplete, and the sinks have problems with the water.

This is the umpteenth time I've stayed at this hotel with my family. It's always a pleasure.
