Had a pleasant stay at Mercure. Breakfast offered was tasty. The room was clean, the beds were comfy and fit all 4 of us (2 adults and 2 kids below 5). Channels offered on the TV could be improved. The highlight was, of course, the accessibility to the beach. Lotus’s is just a 5-min drive away. Got KFC, Burger King, McD, Coffee Bean, etc. Kids club however very poor condition, might as well don't have one. Otherwise, all good.

The staff are friendly and helpful, the hotel is located very close to the beach, and the rooms are clean and quite spacious.

Everything is ok, the room is beautiful, I booked because I thought there was a bathtub, but it turns out there isn't 😌😌😌

When booking, I pressed for a room with a sea view, but the result was a room with a city view. Breakfast was very crowded and there were no seats.

The room is too close to the highway so at night the sound of vehicles can be heard very clearly.

The condition of the rooms and entertainment areas (swimming pool and beach) are quite good. There is a mini store that is quite complete and near the hotel. The staff service is very good and friendly.

It's just a bit far from downtown and cannot enjoy the "old town". I suggest to have a shuttle arrangement for tenants, also a convenient store.

The location is near the beach and bus station, but the staff here are not very friendly/distant as if there were no people! In-room service is still poor and not up to 4* hotel standards!

Dirty, the staff also didn't really understand when checking in. The staff was reluctant to help unload suitcases from the car or load items into the car.

Inconvenience of car parking. Many was reserved. Distance to walk a distance. Not recommended.

After 3 years back again to this hotel and, still gives the same ambience. The room the staff the food and everything were all great.

A beautiful hotel right by the beach. The rooms are luxurious, clean and many necessary equipments are provided. It's really comfortable, the kids love it. Breakfast is also delicious. All kinds of food are suitable for all races.

The linens were stained with few drops of blood and I call to housekeeping at 3pm request for a change. However no action taken. Second call make at 8pm till 10pm, I need to walk in the reception counter again to ask for a change. It 's an old building that refurnished to this new hotel. Honestly I don't think the room worth for the price of rm342 per night. Seriously disappointed and I won't visit again. Please improve on your service. The hotel downstairs is direct access to beach but the beach is so poorly maintained.

Beautiful view. Friendly staff. Take Superior Suites. Rooms/toilets are spacious & clean. Ready to have a shower & bathtub. Suitable stay with children. It's worth staying here 👍🏻.

Everything quite good! Room is clean. A little poor is swimming pool unable to provide towel.

Well it ' s because accidentally I click 1 person in room, then I just get 1 for breakfast. Usually even I click 1 person in room, I still get breakfast for 2 persons.
