- The only friendly people were the bellboy, security guard, and restaurant staff.
- The room wasn't very clean, the carpet was dirty, and it lacked maintenance.
- We weren't allowed to borrow an iron, even though we were staying in a club suite. After a complaint, we were allowed to use it, but with the condition that it had to be returned immediately. This was a hassle for me, as I was staying for 3 days and 2 nights, and it was a hassle to keep borrowing it. I ended up buying my own iron at Gelael.
- The room view was great, facing the sea and the mosque.
- The minibar was refilled daily.
- On the last day, the bathroom light nearly fell out. Luckily, we were safe. It was above the toilet.
- There was a welcome letter, but it had another guest's name on it. Housekeeping probably forgot to throw it away or misplaced it.
- There were yellow and cream stains on the bedsheets.
