Cleanliness of access and rooms needs to be improved.

It's a shame that the stove has been removed, huh? From the beginning of my vacation to Bali until I moved to Bali, I always got the same room and it didn't change until now, it was still comfortable and one more thing, I could bring a doggy... I just don't know why the stove isn't there even though it used to be there, it was a shame but it was comfortable

The location is uncomfortable, shabby, the reception area is dirty & the place to put stuff, not recommended.

It's so hot, just prepare a fan, it's free, like it's just for display

The hotel staff is very friendly. The rooms and pool are clean, but unfortunately the yard walls are not well maintained. Wifi and TV signals often disappear. But overall it's really OK.

I checked in at midnight, the receptionists were already asleep.

Please, villa staff, don't sit around in the parking lot so it won't be comfortable when you leave the villa.

Liburan keluarga. Happy sekali menginap di sini. Kamar langsung menghadap pool. Jadi bisa langsung berenang.

Best experience villa in middle of town, very clean villa and cozy, the staff so friendly love this villa.

The villa is nice, just a suggestion to throw away the torn towels and pillowcases, and the rest we and our family like 🙏👍.

Villa was good, you have your own privacy. The pool is nice, the kitchen is good, and the staff were helpful and accommodating. We really enjoyed our 6 night stays in Karana Villa!

Kebersihan sangat kurang, kolam renang tidak terawat, pintu toilet rusak, tidak dapet sikat gigi, lokasinya tidak nyaman karena ribut, staff nya oke. Villa kurang terawat parkirnya sempit jadi jangan bawa mobil hanya untuk motor max 8 motor, tapi di sana ada kucing yang ramah bisa jadi nilai +, kalau mau menginap di sana bisa beri makan.

Villanya butuh banyak perbaikan, keran air mandi patah, terus air ga ngalir. Jauh dari tempat ramai, jadi susah buat cari makan

The room has lots of mosquitoes, no tissue in the room, the private pool seems to be rarely cleaned so it's not used. Luckily, the receptionist is quite friendly, the facilities don't match the price paid. Good thing you didn't bring children because of the danger of lots of mosquitoes in the room.

You can see it by yourself. Staff was nice, pool was clean. Lot of mosquitoes (staff only provided an almost empty-small can of insect repellent). Poor lighting during the night (especially pool area). Shower handle is falling off. Holes everywhere on the bedcover, bed linens, towel. Dust everywhere.

Honest review because of the villa. Downside is being in the middle of the city. Far from the beach. The advantage is that the atmosphere is comfortable, it's good for families to be able to swim and cook near food stalls and vegetable vendors. Make a BBQ event right here.

The lights were very dim and the linen was torn a lot. Water is seeping from the sink.

Villanya lumayan masuk ke dalam tapi jadi gampang cari makan. Proses check in gampang. Villa lumayan bagus, tapi ada beberapa yang harus diperhatikan, kaya meja, sofa, handuknya juga udah lusuh banget. Kolamnya kecil tapi lumayan untuk berendam. Kamarnya oke, luas,. Oh ya saya ambil yang 2 bedroom kasurnya bunyi. Jadi ngeri banget kalo tidur. Ganti posisi tidur aja bunyi kretek.

At first I didn't have high expectations, but it turned out to be that good huhu, got a price of 90 thousand but the rooms are that good, amazing.
