I was trapped in the elevator for more than 10 minutes, the elevator dropped and wouldn't go up, my husband tried to open it a little and then shouted for help but it took so long, I swear my children and I were already panicking, but no one came quickly, when they came they told me to calm down even though I was really panicking, why didn't they respond quickly when I called them? Then is there an emergency button that doesn't work? The bathroom is not very clean, the room is okay, access everywhere is also close, it's just a bit disappointing when my family and I were trapped in the elevator and were really traumatized.

The hotel staff was very friendly, and the superior room wasn't very large, but it was clean and comfortable. The amenities were complete, but upon arrival, the AC and remote weren't working properly. Thankfully, the staff quickly fixed it. The location to the city center is excellent, so you can explore Yogyakarta to pass the time.
