Saya menginap 3 hari dan sengaja mencari kamar yang harganya mahal supaya mendapatkan pemandangan yang bagus. Namun sayang sekali di malam hari pertama di sana, kamar saya kemasukan tikus sampai naik ke atas kasur dan bantal, saya minta ganti sprei tetapi tidak bisa, akhirnya saya terpaksa dipindahkan ke kamar yang lain. Di malam terakhir pun saya masih terganggu oleh suara-suara tikus sehingga tidur menjadi tidak nyaman. Malam hari pun tidak ada penjaga, sehingga sangat susah untuk meminta sesuatu. Tiap hari selalu ada kotoran tokek minimal 3 buah di lantai. Hanya masukan saja, lebih diperhatikan lagi celah-celah di dalam villa kayu, sehingga tikus dan tokek tidak bisa masuk.

Best of the best hotel dikelasnya! Staffnya ramah, pelayanannya juara sampe buat pengen balik ksni lagi! Kamarnya bersih, poolnya oke banget, breakfast nya enak. Karena lokasi di atas bukit jadi jauh dari hiruk pikuk tempat party ya 100/100 lah pokoknya. Thanks Poh Manis Lembongan.

Was Amazing! Hotel ini letaknya agak jauh dari keramaian karena letaknya yang agak tinggi. Pemandangan hotel ini bagus banget, saya memesan kamar sea view with breakfast. Blinya ramah banget, kamarnya vintage dengan kamar mandi semi outdoor. View dari kamar bagus banget apalagi waktu sunrise! The breakfast was so amazing its taste so good! They dont have buffet for breakfast but trust me the taste really good! Sayang banget ketika nginep di sini cuma ada kita saja yang menginap padahal hotelnya bagus banget dengan harga yang saya bisa bilang murah! Semoga covid will end soon jangan lupa lihat hotel ini ya, you will not regret it!

The hotel is quite far from the amusement park, quite a lot of insects in the room but in return the view from the room looks very nice

We stayed 2 nights for a family vacation, Mr. Putu, the hotel manager upgraded our room to a family room at no charge. Mr. Putu also became our guide while there, the view from the hotel was very beautiful, the food was good, a nice holiday. Thank you, Pak Tutu and the sweet poh hotel.

Totally disappointed. I booked for my friend (honeymoon), we booked deluxe ocean (most expensive one). First when I see the review all show good, staff is polite and responsive, however when the night comes the air conditioner was not properly work (tend to hot instead of cool) and it also leak, water is dropping from indoor unit, so frustrating and successfully made sleepless. Next day they repair it, but there was no improvement. In tropical area Air Conditioner is the most important thing. What makes me more surprise is when I want to make new booking for my next trip (in 28~30 Apr) I am (intent) trying to give them second chance, and try to contact them prior make new reservation, but surprisingly they said "if you do not comfortable with us you can book another hotel...", then phone hanged up. I just thought, oh...ok, sure, I will, thank you very much. Anyway food is great taste and price. What's great is great, what's poor is need to be improved.

The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, the breakfast is nice, the atmosphere is calm, the pool is warm and the pool is really nice because the hotel is on the hill. Suitable really for the honeymoon.

With the expensive price of ordinary quality, the room is cramped, the air conditioner is not cold, the swimming pool is very narrow, the view of the swimming pool emang fit and fit to add extrabed no, must open room, finally I do not so stay and choose to cross to bali, charred deh pay expensive hotels.

All good, but the location isn’t that good. at night it kind of creepy if you going to the villa, over all, thats good especially the pool and the view.
