I stay here almost every week. It's a great choice, with easy toll access, a full breakfast, but the towels could probably use a refresh. Top notch!

The facilities are okay, like a 4-star hotel even though it is an old hotel.

The staff upgraded us to a deluxe room at no additional cost. The room also had easy access to the pool. It was clean, quiet, tidy, and the service was friendly. We'll stay here again when we return to Bandung. Without being asked, they readily offered.

The bathroom water was incredibly dirty, but it was given to the customer under the pretext of maintenance. There was no attempt to change the room. The only excuse was that there was no damage at 9:00 PM?

Near Jl. Kopo because there was a family event there. Took 2 rooms and got them in front of each other. The cheap price was Rp751,000 for 2 rooms and breakfast. The room was quite clean, I was even happier that there were 2 pillows on each bed so I could use the other bolster. There was a mini fridge in the room. In my room, unfortunately, the other bed, I don't know if the footrest was broken or something, so it kept shaking. The bedsheets weren't very clean because they had some blood stains and you know what. The toilet flushing wasn't very good so I had to keep pressing it. There was a water heater so it was nice to drink coffee or tea in the morning. The hot water in the shower wasn't hot enough. I got 2 towels, 2 mineral waters, coffee, tea, sugar, and okay toiletries. Asked at the reception, they said the swimming pool was open from 6 am to 6 pm. But around 8 pm there were still a lot of people swimming. In front of the hotel there are many food stalls so if you're hungry at night, you can go in front. The fitness center is also in the swimming pool area. The pool was quite clean, the water was very cold. The breakfast menu was varied and delicious and was open from 6-10 am. Parking is free. Just mention your room number and area. Unfortunately, when I was leaving, someone was smoking in the room near the elevator on the third floor, which was very uncomfortable. So far, everything's okay.

Highly recommended! I read a review that said there was a new building and an old one. But the new and old buildings aren't that far apart. This hotel is really good. The rooms are comfortable. And the beds are top-notch! Haha.

The hotel staff was friendly, and the price included breakfast (the menu was varied, and the staff were very friendly and efficient). I got a room in the new building, which was clean and soundproof. There was a simple playground, but it was very useful for my kids. If I go to Bandung next time, God willing, I'll stay here.
