The hotel's location in a very quiet housing complex, perfect for taking a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. Varied food, spacious rooms, clean, fragrant towels, kids friendly.

Booked with balcony, because of the rain, the balcony sofa was wet because there was no long and wide cover. Lots of plugs, no chairs in the room. However, if you want to go to the gym at night, there are no lights to get there. The road is dark.

Room furniture was old but had a big bathtub. My son enjoyed playing there. Refreshing surrounding in the middle of the jungle.

so far so good, next time will stay here again.. no regrets

The bath towel I received smells a bit musty. Please fix it.

The food is not as complete as before, and the taste has also decreased. For a bed like that, it seems overpriced. But the atmosphere and area for small children are indeed good.

- The first time I chose the wrong hotel room from the app, the mattress was very old, thin, the springs hurt my body. - The room's AC was very noisy. - The bathroom was very small, and the narrow toilet felt cramped and uncomfortable. - The swimming pool was very narrow, and it was even more uncomfortable when it was full. - The Wi-Fi was also slow. - I'm just confused because the reviews don't match the original. - But all the staff are friendly and kind 🫰🏻

Overall architecture of the hotel is amazing and superb, no doubt about it. But two points to improve are the lobby drop-off area and swimming pool. Those two are just too small for such hotel capacity. Room-wise, I was in room 401 which is the far end of the lobby. It touches the perimeter of the hotel property which is too close to the external road and facing the roof of the lobby. 1. It has no proper view. 2. It's super noisy. 3. It stinks, I think it's also near the gutter system. 4. People from outside and below can overlook our room's balcony. Breakfast food choices are also limited and don't have a broad variety.

This hotel is a fairly old and luxurious hotel in the Bogor area. Even the atmosphere 30 years ago changed a lot. But this hotel is indeed the best Novotel in my opinion.

The hotel atmosphere is calm, comfortable. Spacious room. Sorry there is something lacking, the free drinking water lid, not clean enough, still dirty. The mattress is damp, a bit wet. Thank you.

Bathroom cleanliness is a room for improvement. I found hairs in the drain - probably from the previous guest.

Expensive but dirty hotel. 1.8 million per night but when you enter the bathtub area it's dirty. The floor is dirty with lots of hair, dust, dirt and dry leaves. The sofa outside smells of urine. The floor in the room is dirty, not mopped, my goodness. There are dirt spots. There are also food scraps on the sofa inside. It's a shame that a nice and expensive hotel is ruined by lazy cleaning staff. Too bad I didn't take a photo because I immediately called the cleaning staff. It's disgusting. Plus the room isn't soundproof either. You can hear people talking in the next room.
