Very pleasant stay at Barcelo Anfa Casa. Thank you to the reception colleagues who were most helpful and welcoming . Lovely view toward the sea with the Hassan II Mosque at the centre. Pool to relax and a good gym to work out. All good !!

Barcelo Anfa was a lovely hotel and staff were so kind.

Clean room, with adequate space for suitcases. Front desk staff was very helpful. One of the bartenders was a bit condescending so that experience wasn't great, but everything else was very nice.

This hotel has a business like feel …Cold and modern in the middle of chaotic Casablanca .

Thank you to the whole team who served us to the fullest. Very welcoming, sweet, and polite people

Horrible service, if you aren’t from a certain demographic they treat you like a second class citizen. Would not recommend.

Definitely NOT a 5 Star hotel, period. Pool is uncomfortably shallow. Hotel charges for steam room, 600 MAD/$67 USD for 20 MINUTES!! Hotel is not in the nicest of areas.

Staff was excellent. Facility 5 star and valet was great. Everything was perfect. The general Manager was very attentive and kind. Would definitely come back.

Even though the staff was super friendly and tried to help, our stay could have been much better. The air conditioning wasn’t working on the first night, and we were told nothing could be done until the next day. We had to sleep with the window open, which was very uncomfortable. The next day, they gave us new rooms and free breakfast , but this came with the inconvenience of having to move all our things and they placed us on different floors, which wasn’t ideal as we were travelling together. It’s disappointing to have these kinds of issues, especially when you’re trying to relax on holiday. The staff were kind, but the experience overall was far from smooth.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The staff were dishonest about the availability of their laundry service, and to make matters worse, one of my business shirts went missing after I handed it over. I was also charged extra for room service without ever receiving a receipt to confirm the charges. This lack of transparency and professionalism is completely unacceptable, and I would strongly advise future guests to be cautious when using any additional services at this property.

Very nice hotel near downtown area. Easily walkable to points of intrest. Very nice lounge in lobby. Breakfast buffet was decent. Overall great hotel for the value. Would definitely stay again. The only oddity is the shower which is seperated by the sink area thats next to the bed. It just seems very stylish.
